Can't believe we haven't got a thread where we discuss the series of LOST!!! In Germany the series started a couple of months ago and every Monday evening it's LOST-time and yesterday we could watch periode 13: Homecoming. How do you like LOST and why? I simply LOVE it! At first I was a little suspect about it...we have different series about this theme of getting lost on an island in Germany and they were all horrible...but I watched the first periodes (only because of Dominic Monaghan, hehe) - and was obsessed! Who is your favourite character and why? My favourite characters are Jack and Charlie. Jack cares a lot about the others, I like that very much. And Charlie is so cuuuuube!!! ;D

Well I am a Lost fanatic... My life in order of importance is LOTR, Lost and breathing...LOL I'm so kidding, but I am a Lost nut. My favorite character on the show is Locke. I have been a Terry O'Quinn fan since he was on The X-Files and in the X-Files movie (another obsession of mine) But coming in a close second to Locke are Charlie and Boone... Locke is intriguing to me. He is this subtle balance of all things. I don't think he's evil, I think he is a man on a mission and he won't stop, no matter who he steps on. Charlie...Well you know I love Dom, so Charlie won my heart right away. I love the whole Charlie/Claire stuff. Just so adorable. And Boone...Well though he's much much too young for me...But I think Ian has got to be one of the most beautiful people on the planet...My Ian holder cards on my Lost TCG pages usually say something about "Not all men are created equal" that sort of sums it up...And when Boone and Locke teamed up, I loved the whole chemistry between those men. Friends, allies, working together...Perfect. Anyway, I'm in 4 Lost Trading card games. Castaways www.missy-obvious.de/castaways.htm, Get Lost lost.written-in-the-stars.de/, Oceanic 815 steel-butterfly.com/815/ and Lost Paradise www.toxic-shadow.net/lostparadise/. All are fabulous.

Well, my friend Vicky (she joined GDI as well and she's one of the two I created Esgalduin with) and me had a little argument about Boone...she admires him too, but I do not really like him that much...can't explain why, maybe because I am completely obsessed with Jack ;D He is sooo cube...and he is what I guess a man should be - caring so much and always got an open ear for the others. Well, Locke...at first I really didn't like him, but in last Monday's episode, "Special", I was very impressed by the way he helped Walt. I liked that very much, so Locke seems a little more sympathically to me. Charlie and Claire, yes, that is sooo cube!! It was so funny when Charlie found Claires diary and couldn't help reading it...that was sooooo cube

I love Lost. I'm currently waiting for the second season to start up, rumour has it that this will happen in mid to late October. My favourite character is Sawyer. Because uhm, he's hot. *g* No seriously, I think his character adds a lot to the plot and the show in general. And he's hot. Like Wendy, I also love the Charlie/Claire things, it's so cute and...hopeful, I guess. ^_^

Well, I heard that you all in America watch the second season at the moment...you got me jealous!!!! ;D I myself just saw the english original versions of LOST, especially the episodes "In Translation", "Exodus Part I" and "Do no harm" - and as always I must confess they're a lot better than the german translations!! I was so shocked when I watched "Do no harm" last night...and I have to admit that I have to change my opinion about Boone...he is really cube, I somehow like him very much... ;D Well, next Monday we will see "Numbers" - Really looking forward to that episode! As I loved "In Translation" very much, I am quite sure I will enjoy "Numbers" as well So, what is your favourite episode? Or episodes? Mine are "In Translation" (because I really, really love Jin - he is sooo cube), "Daddy Issues", "White Rabbit", "Do no harm" (because of the Jack-flashbacks, of course, hehe). But "Do no harm" turns out to be one of my very favourites, because it is simply great...so sad because of the death of Boone, but also so sweet because of the birth of Claire's baby boy...really looking forward to see that episode again

My Favorite Episodes are probably Walkabout, Deus Ex Machina, White Rabbit, and Hearts and Minds. If it's Locke-centric...It's in my list of favorites. I loved the mysteriousness of White Rabbit and it was one of my first favorite episodes. I adored Jack at the beginning of the series, but now he's kind of annoying me a little. Still like the character, just not as much. I love Boone...Especially when it's Boone and Locke off hunting and building.
Also loved Homecoming and Raised by Another. Because of all the Claire/Charlie stuff and they have a lot of Ethan in them (my favorite bad guy of all time next to Gollum of course)

Hehe, somehow Vicky made it to have the new episodes from Season 2 - and we watched them up to ...and found!
So, how do you like Season 2?
I myself must admit that I especially like ...and found! I must say that I had to change my opinion about Jin during Season 1, but after ...and found I really love him! He is so cube!
So, let's start a little discussion...what do you think of the hatch and the numbers? Is all this a kind of experiment and everything's well-planned? Sometimes during "Man of Science, Man of Faith", "Adrift", "Orientation" and "Everybody hates Hugo" I felt that could be a reason for all this...but somehow I don't think that's the solution. There must be more behind this...don't you think?
